Abuja, Nigeria — The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Council has extended heartfelt Christmas greetings to its members, celebrating the festive season while urging unity, reflection, and commitment to the profession.
In a statement released on Wednesday in Abuja, Comrade Jide Oyekunle, Secretary of the NUJ FCT Council, conveyed the union’s warm wishes for a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2025.
The statement also called on members to use the occasion as an opportunity for spiritual renewal and collective prayer, particularly in the wake of recent untimely deaths within the council.
